Raja Chidambaram
Founder and Director
M. Raja Chidambaram is the Founder and Director of URs Productively (URS), with more than 30 years of experience in industrial engineering, productivity, quality management, information systems, and renewable energy.He is a postgraduate in Industrial Engineering from National Productivity Council (NPC) India of which he is a Gold Medlist, and alumni of APO, Tokyo. He has coached a wide range of companies on practical productivity initiatives and TQM support , and helped more than 350 companies to achieve to ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification , including IMS certifications. He has also devloped a ICT enabled business excellence assessement model that can be enhanced into a TQM managed services . He is a NPC and UNIDO expert in Lean Management.
V Gopalan
V Gopalan is an Automobile Engineer from Madras Institute of Technology and has earned his PG Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmadabad. He has more than 30 years experience in manufacturing (Auto Parts) with auto majors. He has also been a strategic consultant for auto part manufacturers and has implemented several projects in establishing processes for Quality Management, Supply Chain Management and Lean.
Kannan Raman
Kannan Raman is a system expert with masters in computer application and is a qualified auditor for management systems such as QMS, EMS, SMS, SA and IMS. He has more than 15 years in full scale implementation of ISO standards and IMS as well, in which he has been associated with more than 250 companies. Besides this he has assessment experience in Bench Marking, Business Excellence and customer based standards, He is now actively involved in ICT enabling management systems as managed service.
Samyuktha
Samyuktha, is a graduate in electronic and instrumentation engineering and is a certified productivity practitioner, from Asian Productivity Organization and also trained in Lean Implementation by National Productivity council. She is qualified Lead auditor for Information Security Management Systems 27001 and has more than 5 years experience in implementing management systems such as QMS, EMS, SMS, SA and IMS. She has also handled software projects related to manufacturing systems (Auto Parts) and Energy Managements System.
